Obviously I was really happy with how I batted, and as Nav said a few loose shots early from our top order caused the main issue. But then Colly batted brilliantly to hold up one end whilst we re-built the innings. Unfortunately it was always going to be a tough ask to defend 200 on a flat pitch against a very strong batting line up. We bowled economically in general but it wasn’t enough. Nav as always was excellent in all spells but we leaked a few boundaries, often from short bowling which cost us. Liam bowled a nice spell towards the end also. Moving forward more application is needed by all of our batters.
