2^nd Team Oversea’s ‘Windy’ Has been Exemplary.

For those Nomads who have had the pleasure in meeting and watching Matthew play over the past two months will know that the club are losing a real gem this week.  He announced himself with a thrilling 1^st ball six at the SCMG back in early May and hasn’t stopped making headlines.  He went on to provide a winning score at Bolney in the league. However, his major contribution came at sunny Pagham where he scored a ton and then produced a stunning hat trick to win the game for us.  He has handled himself with distinction and he has always been polite and engaging for the media.

The Bede’s pupil now has a wonderful opportunity to fly home to Antigua and then spend the summer playing high level Island cricket.  But first, Kash caught up him last week to present a small memento of his time with us.  Hopefully you have enjoyed your time with us here in Fulking and it goes with out saying you are welcome back at any time.

Matt we wish you every success in the next chapter. You are an extraordinary talent!
