Dear Parents,

We hope that you had a great Christmas and New Year and that this email finds you all well.

As we approach the beginning of February the run up to the 2023 season begins in earnest with the Winter nets starting on Friday 3rd of February. Kash Ibrahim and your respective age manager will have posted details on the WhatsApp group, but incase you missed it:-

Junior Nets

Boys U9-U15

  • Commences Friday 3rd February
  • 7-8pm or 8-9pm for 8 weeks

Location- BACA, BN1 9PW

It’s one hour every other week, so four one hour nets per age group

Boys U16-U18

Can join adult training

  • Commences Monday 30th January
  • 8-10pm for 9 weeks

Location- BACA, BN1 9PW

The cost of each indoor session will be £4 per player. The full cost per player assuming full capacity, is at least 50% higher so PNCC is subsidising the difference.

This year there will be a modest increase in subscriptions to £90 (£80) for each junior member and £70 (£60) for each sibling.

Please note if your payment is made by 31st March 2023 the subscription is the same as last year. Ie £80 for each junior and £60 per sibling.

Reference: Name and Age Group

Also please note the match cost will now be £4 (£3) for both home and away matches.

Please can you ensure that your son or daughter’s details are up to date on Pitchero. It makes it much easier to order Club clothing and for the coaches and managers to manger their teams.

Training shirt

As this is the second year of our sponsor this year all players will get a training shirt for the 2023 season.

Second Hand Kit and Equipment

In 2022 we tried to establish a second hand shop. There was significantly more demand than stock. We are going to try again in 2023. So please keep anything that your children have outgrown or no longer need that you can donate. Arrangements for dropping off etc will be communicated nearer the time. We will aim to have a ‘second hand shop’ on the first couple of Wednesday and Friday night training sessions at the beginning of the 2023.

Rupert Corney is the sponsorship lead for Nomads. He would be delighted to hear from anyone who could offer sponsorship – rupert.corney@preston-nomads.com
