Preston Nomads 100 Plus Club
Why Is It Needed?
The Preston Nomads 100 Plus Club was formed in 1972, to assist Preston Nomads Cricket Club with the cost of maintaining and improving the facilities and grounds at Fulking.
The wonderful legacy left by Spen Cama means that the 100 Plus Club funds are no longer required for these purposes. As a result, the funds are now donated to the Club specifically towards the cost of its Youth Development Programme, which is so important for the future of the Club.
What Are The Benefits To Its Members?
The benefits of joining the 100 Plus Club are very worthwhile. The price for owning a unit is only £12, which is the same sum as the original 1972 cost. Over 65% of all 100 Plus Club membership income is re-distributed to the members themselves, through prize draws. There are 11 monthly draws, plus an annual draw. The monthly prize is approximately £50 and the annual award is approximately £1,000.
What Are Our Aims?
Our aim is to increase to 250 the 100 Plus Club membership, from the current number of 200. We hope to persuade all senior players, the parents of all Colts, all Vice Presidents and Friends of PNCC to take out at least 2 units.
In addition, we hope all existing 100 Plus Club members will be able to encourage at least one friend or relation to join in.
What Do You Need To Do?
All that you need to do is complete the application form and return it to me at 28, Woodland Drive, Hove, BN3 6DL.
I hope sincerely that you will have been persuaded to join in, or to increase your current membership. It will help to ensure that the Nomads club continues to offer excellent facilities to every one of our Colts, so that they may be developed to the fullest extent.
