I know it seems a long way off, but it would be useful if you could contact your teams and their parents to put the dates in their diaries whilst they are still in cricket mode with the festivals taking place!

SEPTEMBER 18TH - U11 UPWARDS.

Each event will commence at 18:30.

Sally and I will be doing food for the evenings and have chosen a Mexican theme - Chilli, fajitas,nachos etc and will hopefully get the bar to do some Tequila based cocktail - adults only of course - to go with it!
 
Food would need to be pre-booked, so when you contact your team/parents then they should be told to contact me to confirm their booking as it will be difficult to guesss numbers for catering on these evenings.
 
Details as to timings/evening events (presentations etc) will be made known by Martin/Andy shortly so that we can get a full announcement put on the website in good time.

I assume the cups/medals/achievements lists will be gathered together by managers and passed to Martin.
